Resilience is a great quality... but too much of it makes you stupid. This stickerman experienced Sunk Cost Fallacy: he stuck to his project, although his intuition told him it may not be a good idea, because he had already invested time and energy... Activity Bias is when, facing uncertainty, you would rather do something than sit and wait, even if it turns out to be useless. And Functional Fixedness... it's one of my favorite biases but it has nothing to do with this cartoon !

Before you ask, yes this is Todd from Bojack Horseman !! Todd is a 'victim' of the Confirmation Bias: he only seeks information that confirms his own beliefs. He could sometimes experience the Dunning-Kruger effect, but it is not the case here. Otherwise, the Curse of Knowledge is not applicable here: it refers to when someone knows some information and assumes that everyone else is on the same level.
Not an easy one, I must admit... The character is subject to the Availability bias: he is concerned about things that are spectacular and salient in the mind, like shark attacks or plane crashes... but he overlooks deadlier things such as traffic accidents. Blind spot bias describes when you see the biases in others, but not your own. Sample bias happens in surveys, where the sample collected does not reflect the general population.
Unfortunately, this couple is subject to Optimism bias. It does not mean that all those who get married are biased! Their mistake lies in thinking they are less prone to negative events than others. Survivorship bias is when you try to derive lessons from people or businesses that are successful, but you forget to consider all those who did the same thing, yet failed. The Identifiable victim effect refers to the greater willingness to help an individual in need, rather than a group.
The Dunning-Kruger effect takes place when someone overestimates their capability in a domain. The little kid may be overly optimistic about his maths skills, but optimism bias is rather when we think we're less prone to mistakes, divorce, accidents... than others, ignoring the statistical realities. Finally, if you chose social desirability bias... then I don't know what do say anymore.
